I trained under legendary chefs and cooked at the Palace Hôtel Bristol in Paris, named Best Hotel Restaurant in the World by the Michelin Guide. That’s where I really honed my craft and learned the value of detail, care, and passion.
But the most rewarding part of my journey has been right here, bringing those experiences into homes across California.
