What Affects BTU Needs?

The size of your room plays a big role, but other factors can increase or decrease your BTU requirements.

  1. Ceiling height
    Standard estimates use 8-foot ceilings. If your ceiling is higher than 8 feet, increase the BTUs.
  2. Sunlight
